Absolutely, you can easily message all of your guests in bulk, via email or text. You can even message certain sections of your guests: just guests checking in or out, long-term guests only, or by a specific site type.

Is there a place where all my guest information is housed?

There is a tab dedicated to your guests within our software! Whether it is basic contact information or building out their internal file with documents, saved payment methods and more, this area of our software allows you to have detailed information on all your guests - we know that’s the most important part of your campground!

Can I block guests from booking again?

Yes - easily block past guests who violated policies or caused issues. This will prevent them from booking online and notify employees who try to book them manually.
