The software is always free for you.

No monthly minimums. No contracts. No costs to you—ever. We simply pass a small service fee to campers who choose to book or pay online, and you can always take a booking the old-fashioned way for free.

Free for you, fair for everyone.

Let’s break it down.

A percentage-based service fee is added at checkout based on how a guest chooses to pay for their reservation:

Booked online 6%
Point of Sale or Invoice 2%
Offline (cash or check) 0%
Prefer to keep it off-platform? Take the booking directly and the guest pays no service fee at all. Prefer to keep fees invisible? You can choose to absorb one or both fees so they are built into your price and never shown to guests.

We add a small service fee at checkout—only when a camper chooses to book online or pay through the system. You always receive the full reservation amount. A guest can also contact you directly so you can book them without a service fee.

FAQ

Does the fee change depending on how guests pay?

It does. Online bookings carry a higher service fee, point-of-sale and invoice payments carry a smaller one, and offline payments like cash or check are completely free.

Can I hide the fee from my guests?

Yes. If you'd prefer guests never see a separate fee, you can choose to absorb one or both fees into your displayed price so the total they see is all-inclusive.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

Never. No contracts, monthly minimums, or setup fees. We believe you should love your software, without a contract forcing you to use it.

Do offline payments have a fee?

No, guests who are used to phoning in or coming to the office with cash/check won't be penalized and can continue to pay how they're used to, without fees.
