FAQ

I don’t want a long-term guest to book online - can I disable that?

Yes - we can put a maximum number of nights bookable online, which will refer your monthly guests to contact you directly to do your usual background check process before adding them as a long-term guest in the system.

I don't want guests to choose their own pitch, can I assign pitches?

You can disable pitch selection so you have full flexibility and control over where guests are placed. If you prefer to let guests choose a pitch preference, our smart pitch selection helps match vehicle sizes to suitable pitches.

Can I upsell products during checkout?

You can sell any product as an add-on during checkout, allowing guests to add items like firewood or golf cart hire as part of the booking process.

Can I set different pricing for seasonal, weekends, holidays, and event periods?

Yes - we support all necessary pricing configurations for date ranges such as high season and low season, custom events, and additional fees for weekends and holidays.
