Five years ago, we set out with a simple idea.

We wanted to make campground software easier. Easier to use, easier to understand, and easier to trust. We were parked at an RV park outside of Sequoia National Park when we asked ourselves what to call it.

The answer felt obvious at the time.

Park.

What started as a simple name for simple software has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined.

Park is now Park With Us.

While our name is changing, our mission and platform remain the same. This next chapter is about better reflecting who we are and the community we’ve built together.

From a Simple Idea to a Growing Community

When we launched Park, now Park With Us, the goal was clear. Build software that campground owners and operators could actually use without frustration.

No complicated setup. No confusing pricing. No systems that take weeks to learn.

Over time, more and more parks joined. What started as a small group turned into a community of more than 500 parks and a growing team behind the product.

But along the way, something important happened.

Park became more than software.

It became a shared experience between the people running parks, the teams supporting them, and the guests they serve every day.

Why We’re Changing Our Name

As we’ve grown, we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what Park really represents.

Yes, it’s software

Yes, it helps manage reservations, payments, and daily operations.

But at its core, it’s about people.

It’s about the campground owners managing their sites.
The park managers keeping everything running.
The guests creating memories outdoors.

The name Park no longer told that full story.

And we felt it was time for our brand to reflect what this has truly become.

It’s a small change, but it carries a much bigger meaning.
