Campground rules

Pit bikes and mini bikes are not permitted. Under 18 may not ride motorcycles, ATV's and OHV's in the Park except to access trails. Absolutely no donuts. Speed limit 10 mph-please do not dig up the gravel by spinning tires or burning out.
No wood or charcoal fires or grills. Propane is OK. No playing music outside anytime please. Please do not move picnic tables.
Pets must be on a leash in the Park and remain within the graveled Park areas. Please clean up after your pets. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All guests, including children AND pets, are expected to remain within graveled Park boundaries at all times. Desert landscape is fragile, and natural vegetation is home to wildlife. Please do not allow children to play in the gullies or dig in the soil.
No hammocks. No tent camping or portable toilet tents allowed. Please do not walk through the campsites.
Quiet time 10 pm-7 am
Cancellation policy: A $25 cancellation fee as well as CC and Booking fees applies from time of reservation up to 7 days prior to reservation start date. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation start date will result in loss of deposit.
Vehicles parked in your site must allow space to comfortably walk through the site without stepping on the RR ties or into the landscaping. Damage, removal of, or alteration to RR ties, including pushing them into landscaping and driving vehicle wheels onto them will result in additional charges.
Additional vehicles and trailers, whether your own, rentals, or of visitors to Park guests, should load, unload and park in the additional parking area at $10/vehicle/day. Management reserves the right to determine what qualifies as additional beyond your camping unit.
Be aware that Moab is high desert country. The desert breezes can turn to whirlwinds or high wind gusts unexpectedly. We encourage guests to always retract awnings before leaving for the day, and to secure trash bags and items at your site from possible gusty winds.

-SHOWERS & SWIMMING POOL are available at Moab Recreation Center in Moab
Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All guests assume full responsibility for releases, waivers and discharges, and agree to indemnify Seven Mile Park, LLC and its directors, officers, and agents of any property damage, including, but not limited to, theft, fire, flood, loss, claim, liability, damage or cost, whether due to negligence or otherwise, while in, around or upon the areas associated with Seven Mile Park, LLC and to abide by all Park rules and regulations. Please pay before entering. Non-payment violators/trespassers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
