We offer daily, weekly and monthly (28 day) rates. Monthly guests are billed every 4 weeks, or 28 days. For stays longer than 14 days, we ask that you call to make your reservation.
For reservations made more than 60 days in advance, if you'd like to make a 25% deposit, rather than pay in full, please call us.
It does require that we keep a credit card on file, and that card will be charged 10 days prior to your arrival for the remainder.
Our sites are generally 40x80 with 20/30/50 amp service. Sites 17 and 18 are smaller, only accomodate a 35 foot camper and only have 20/30 amp service.
Keep in mind that you are only allowed to plug into one of the 20/30/50 amp receptacles or you will cause damage to our system
EV charging is NOT allowed, and will result in a fine and eviction.
Please note that we give 75% refunds, plus 25% camping credit, if more than 10 days notice is given. If less than that, we offer 100% camping credit.
Note that campers are considered guests on the property, and there is no implied or explicit residency.
We allow 2 pets, beyond that call for permission. No farm animals are allowed.
