Lake Erie Campground

Lake Erie Campground is located just 3 miles from the beautiful coastal community of Anacortes, Washington on Fidalgo Island just west of Heart Lake Road and north of Rosario Road. We are positioned midway between Seattle and Vancouver, BC, Canada, and 15 minutes from the I-5. We are a short drive to the breathtaking areas of Deception Pass and Whidbey Island and a ferry ride away from the beautiful San Juan Islands and Canada's Vancouver Island. Our small campground offers everyone a beautiful site nestled in between Lake Erie and Mount Erie. Our lake is stocked with rainbow trout annually and has resident yellow perch and largemouth bass. While our amenities are limited, our 5 electric hookups and 12 self-contained spaces, every space is within 100ft of the lake. This quiet, small campground is across the street from mountain climbing on Mt. Erie and hiking in the Anacortes Community Forest Lands, which has over 50 miles of multiple use trails. All trails are open to hikers, bicycles, horses and 2-wheeled motorcycles (in limited areas and at limited times). So whether you are coming to fish, hike, play, sightsee, adventure or simply relax, we hope you come stay with us!
