We can't wait to see you at the ranch! Below are some important booking notes.
ADDING A HORSE: Some paddocks are tied to sites, so please read the notes as you are booking! If you book a paddock that is tied to a specific site, but not that site, we will adjust your booking accordingly.
FULL SERVICE OPTIONS & ADD ONS: We offer full service options for stall bedding and cleaning, as well as paddock cleaning, grooming, clipping, firewood delivery and more.. you can select those options at checkout.
SITE & PADDOCK NUMBERS: While you may request a specific site or paddock, Black Horse Ranch reserves the right to adjust site assignments at any time before or during your stay to best accommodate operational needs, equipment size, maintenance, or event logistics. We will make every effort to place guests in a comparable or upgraded site whenever possible.
TENT CAMPERS: we will tell you specifically where you can set up tents after you book - you won't see any tent spots on the map during check out! Spaces vary depending on what is going on at the ranch. If you are booking for a large group of tents, please contact us before check out! We LOVE tent campers and can't wait to meet you. We do want to make sure you know what to expect though when you come to BHRR - we are an Equestrian RV Campground, so we have any number of horses and RVs on property at any time. Sometimes we are very full, and sometimes it is more quiet. If you have questions about what it means to camp with horses, or anything else, please reach out directly.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT: book directly through us by texting 352-718-2270. dates will appear completely blocked in the booker.
