BATL Ranch RV Resort is a 23-acre RV Resort Community and Campground. It is a place made to relax in the pool & spa area or enjoy outdoor recreation, games in the park, a walk through the trails or catch and release fishing at one of our stocked ponds. We welcome group events too! Make this your home away from home or for short-term or monthly stays; or just make it a long-term stay and just call it home! With full hook-ups, on-site laundry, propane refills, and high-speed internet, you have what you need to bring your amenities from home, and be able to use them here; and guess what, we are pet friendly. BATL Ranch has a state-park-like look and feel, but has wildlife, trees and trails letting you get back to nature. What is different from the state parks is that we 'can' accommodate RVs larger than 35 feet. Our address is 657 FM 339, Mount Calm Texas 76673. We are on the north side of Highway 31. Our location is nestled in a beautiful and secluded wooded area in a small quiet town, and is created with you in mind.
